Chris Young recently addressed his fans for the first time since his arrest and subsequent dropped charges for assault. He mentioned that he is still trying to come to terms with the events of the past week.
The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" went on social media to express gratitude towards friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of January 22nd.

In the video, Young expressed how much it meant to them to have friends and fans support them and believe in their innocence.
"It's a relief to see the charges being dropped. No one should have to experience something like this. However, the positive aspect was the overwhelming love and support that was shown."
The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville's downtown area.
In the security camera footage, Young appears calm before he tries to get the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by extending his arm in front of him. The agent then pushes Young, causing him to stumble back into the bar and fall over.
Young expresses that he is still trying to make sense of the recent false accusations and events that occurred in the past week. He mentions in the video that the encouragement and support from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.
The release of "Double Down" is scheduled for midnight on Friday, February 2nd.
"Turn up the volume and have a good time. I value you, I care for you, and I am grateful," Young expresses.
