Chris Young has addressed his fans for the first time since his arrest and the subsequent dropping of charges. He mentioned that he is still coming to terms with the events of a tumultuous week, which involved his arrest on assault charges.
The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" went on social media to express gratitude to friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of Jan. 22.

In the video, Young expressed how much it meant to him to have friends and fans show their support by telling him they believe in him and don't think he did anything wrong.
It is a relief to see the charges being dropped. No one should have to experience something like this. However, the positive aspect was witnessing the love and support from others.
The event occurred at a bar called the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville.
In the security footage, Young appears relaxed before trying to get the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. The agent then pushes Young, causing him to stumble and fall inside the bar.
In the video, Young mentions that he is still trying to make sense of the false accusations and events that occurred in the past week. Towards the end, he shares that the encouragement from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.
The new album "Double Down" will be released this Friday, February 2nd, at midnight.
Young encourages to turn up the volume and have a good time. He expresses his gratitude, love, and appreciation.
