  • by

Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd's divorce has been formally approved by a judge.

Based on court documents from People magazine, the two country singers officially ended their relationship in Nashville on Tuesday, January 30th. This came shortly after they agreed on how to divide their property and handle child support in early January.

The former partners have come to an agreement on how to handle child support. As stated in the recent paperwork, Morris will give Hurd $2,100 per month, and they will both share custody of their son. They have also decided to divide their assets according to the prenuptial agreement and settlement.

Morris and Hurd have not discussed their breakup much on social media. Morris mentioned during an interview on the Howard Stern Show in late 2023 that she was not considering dating again at that time.

She mentioned that she wants the divorce process to be completed soon, as she is currently preoccupied with other things. She explained that she is focusing on writing a lot at the moment, and that has become her way of expressing her feelings about dating through her music.
