Country music star Reba McEntire is joining forces with the team from her popular sitcom "Reba" for a new television show. After a break from acting, McEntire is making a return to television.
Following her time as a coach on The Voice, Reba McEntire is now collaborating with NBC on a new comedy pilot that has not yet been given a title.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show follows the story of McEntire's character, who unexpectedly inherits her father's restaurant and is surprised to find out she now has a new partner in the form of a half-sister she was unaware of.

McEntire will team up again with experienced showrunner Kevin Abbott, known for his work on shows like Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.
Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who were previously executive producers on the show Reba, are said to be joining Reba McEntire on her upcoming comedy series on NBC.

The singer known for the song "Fancy" made her debut on television in the early 2000s with her popular sitcom Reba, which aired for a total of six seasons from 2001 to 2007.
