Reba McEntire will be working with the team from the TV show "Reba" again for a new sitcom. She is returning to television.
Following her role as a coach on the TV show The Voice, Reba McEntire is working with NBC on a new comedy pilot that has not yet been given a title.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show is about a woman played by McEntire who unexpectedly inherits her father's restaurant. She is surprised and not very happy to find out that she now has a new business partner, her half-sister whom she had no idea existed.

McEntire and experienced showrunner Kevin Abbott will work together again. Abbott has worked on shows like Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.
Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who previously worked as executive producers on Reba, are said to be joining Reba McEntire on her new comedy series on NBC.
NBC has recently ordered its first pilot of 2024 following the conclusion of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.
