Reba McEntire is teaming up with the creators of the show "Reba" for a new sitcom, marking her return to television.
Following her stint as a coach on the TV show The Voice, Reba McEntire is collaborating with NBC once more for a new multi-camera comedy pilot, which currently does not have a title.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show is about a character played by McEntire who unexpectedly inherits her father's restaurant. She is not very happy to find out that she now has a new co-owner in the form of a half-sister she never knew existed.

McEntire and showrunner Kevin Abbott will work together again, as Abbott has worked on shows like Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.
Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who used to work as executive producers on the show Reba, are said to be joining Reba McEntire on her upcoming comedy series on NBC.
