Country music star Reba McEntire will be reuniting with the team from her previous sitcom "Reba" for a new TV show. She is making a return to television.
Following her time as a coach on the TV show The Voice, Reba McEntire is working with NBC on a new comedy pilot that has not yet been named.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show follows the story of McEntire's character, who unexpectedly becomes co-owner of her father's restaurant with her previously unknown half-sister.

McEntire will team up again with experienced showrunner Kevin Abbott, known for his work on shows like Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.
Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who previously worked as executive producers on the show Reba, are said to be joining Reba McEntire on her upcoming NBC comedy series.
This is the first pilot order NBC has made in 2024 after the conclusion of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.
