Reba McEntire Returns to TV: Reuniting With ‘Reba’ Team for New Sitcom

Country music star Reba McEntire is set to work with the team from her previous sitcom "Reba" on a new television show. This marks her return to television after some time away.

Following her role as a coach on The Voice, Reba McEntire is collaborating with NBC once again for a new multi-camera comedy pilot that has yet to be named.

As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show follows the story of McEntire's character, who unexpectedly inherits her father's restaurant only to find out she now has to share ownership with a half-sister she never knew existed.

McEntire is set to work again with experienced showrunner Kevin Abbott, known for his involvement in Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.

According to reports, Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who were previously executive producers on Reba, will be joining Reba McEntire on her new comedy series on NBC.
