Reba McEntire is set to reunite with the team from her previous show "Reba" for a new sitcom, marking her return to television.
Following her time as a coach on the TV show "The Voice," Reba McEntire is collaborating with NBC once more for a new comedy pilot that has not yet been given a title.
The show, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter, follows the story of McEntire's character who unexpectedly inherits her father's restaurant. She is not happy to find out that she now has a new business partner, her half-sister whom she didn't know existed.

McEntire will collaborate with experienced showrunner Kevin Abbott, known for his work on Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.
According to reports, Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who previously worked as executive producers on Reba, will be joining Reba McEntire on her new comedy series on NBC.
NBC has ordered its first pilot of 2024 after the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes came to an end.

The singer known for the song "Fancy" made her television debut in the early 2000s with the successful sitcom Reba, which aired for six seasons between 2001 and 2007.
