At the time of Thursday, the lowest priced single ticket available for purchase on the ticket resale website TickPick was $8,000. This price would secure you a seat in the upper 300 section, with the website confirming that a seat is assured.
If the prices stay the same, this Super Bowl ticket will be the most costly one ever. The most expensive ticket so far was for the 2020 Super Bowl, with an average price of $6,370. The high price that year was largely due to the fact that the home team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was playing. This year, however, the home team is not playing.
The upcoming Super Bowl will mark the first time it is held in Las Vegas, which is causing ticket prices to increase as fans are eager to enjoy a weekend in Sin City and end it with the grandest sporting event globally.
In case you were curious, the average price for a ticket to the inaugural Super Bowl was $12.
The location plays a significant role in attracting 49er fans, as shown by StubHub data indicating that 26 percent of ticket sales come from California. This suggests that fans from California are more likely to attend games due to the shorter distance. In contrast, only 7 percent of ticket sales on StubHub come from Kansas and Missouri combined.
Let's also remember the influence of Taylor Swift! Her presence at the event may attract a larger number of female fans than usual.
Regardless of how you enter, the Allegiant Stadium, which has a seating capacity of 65,000, will be completely full. Super Bowl 58 is scheduled to start on Sunday, February 11, at 6:30PM ET.
