The festival's main shows have been held at Nissan Stadium for a while now, but they will be moved to a new venue once it is finished.
The Country Music Association intends to continue collaborating with the Tennessee Titans annually during CMA Fest. They are excited to host country fans in Nashville for the evening concerts at the new stadium.
A brand new stadium, appropriately named the New Nissan Stadium, is planned to be constructed on the East Bank of the Cumberland River, located just east of the current Nissan Stadium. The construction is expected to start this year, and the stadium is anticipated to open in 2027.
Fans of country music can still get to the New Nissan Stadium from downtown Nashville by using the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
The new stadium for the Titans will be enclosed and focused on providing fans with a better experience. It will offer panoramic views of Nashville, have a see-through roof, and include 12,000 square feet of community space that can be used throughout the year.
CMA Fest is known as the ultimate experience for country music fans and originally started in 1972 as Fan Fair.
