  • by

Kane Brown, a popular country artist, has been dedicated to supporting underprivileged and at-risk youth through organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since the beginning of his career. His commitment to helping these kids has earned him a significant award.

Currently, the country music industry is recognizing the singer of "I Can Feel It" for their long-standing dedication to helping children and focusing on charitable endeavors.

Brown has been selected as the winner of the 2024 CRS Artist Humanitarian Award, which is given each year to artists who prioritize giving back in their careers.

He will be celebrated at CRS Honors, an event happening on February 29th in Nashville as a part of this year's Country Radio Seminar.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of America aims to offer kids, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with opportunities and a welcoming community. Brown, who faced homelessness, racism, and abuse during his childhood, expressed a desire for the safe and supportive environment that the organization strives to create for young people.

Aside from donating money, such as funding a gym renovation in northeast Ohio in 2022, Brown has also offered personal experiences for children. He gave tickets, backstage access, and dinner to 16 kids and 4 adults from a local chapter, sharing his own story with them. Additionally, he has helped revive a chapter in his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The country singer has been recognized for his efforts with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, being awarded the title of "Champion of Youth" in 2022.

In the past, artists such as Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and Tracy Lawrence have received the CRS Artist Humanitarian Award.
