Introducing the farmers featured on Season 2 of Farmer Wants a Wife: Ty Ferrell, aged 42, prefers to identify as a cowboy rather than a farmer due to his role as a team roper. He manages a 50-acre farm in Sikeston, Missouri, where he raises horses and cattle. Ty has a deep-rooted passion for roping and riding, a skill he has honed since childhood. As one of the more mature farmers on the show, Ty is a divorced father to a 12-year-old daughter. He is seeking a partner who can not only be his companion but also a caring mother figure for his child.

He is the first in his family to work in agriculture and his farm is home to a variety of wildlife and a historic cabin from the 19th century. Today, he is the proud owner of a farm that includes horses and cattle.
Brandon Rogers, who is 29 years old, runs a 1,000-acre farm in Center, Colorado where he grows potatoes and barley. The town he resides in is very small, with just one stoplight, and is surrounded by farmland. As a second generation farmer, Rogers grew up helping his father on the farm. He is now carrying on the family business and aims to uphold the legacy his father began.
At 23 years old, Nathan Smothers comes from a long line of farmers and is currently a fourth generation citrus and cattle farmer based in Bartow, Florida.
