Both Strings and Thile are nominated for Grammy Awards at the upcoming ceremony, with Strings being recognized in three different categories: Best Bluegrass Album (Me/And/Dad), Best Americana Roots Song ("California Sober" with Willie Nelson), and Best Country Duo/Group Performance (for Dierks Bentley's "High Note"). Thile, on the other hand, is nominated for Best Folk Album for Celebrants as a member of Nickel Creek.
