Rucker, a well-known country music artist and the lead singer of Hootie & the Blowfish from the 1990s, is being accused of possessing drugs, exchanging drugs, and not complying with registration laws. This information was reported by the local news station WSMV.

Rucker will be joining Hootie & the Blowfish on their Summer Camp With Trucks tour this summer, starting on May 30 in Dallas. This tour, featuring band members Mark Bryan, Dean Felber, and Jim “Soni” Sonefeld, will be Hootie & the Blowfish's first full tour since 2019.
