  • by

Kane Brown has always been dedicated to supporting underprivileged and at-risk children through organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. His commitment to helping those in need has earned him a significant award.

Currently, the country music industry is recognizing the singer of "I Can Feel It" for their ongoing dedication to supporting children and focusing on other charitable endeavors.

Brown has been selected to receive the 2024 CRS Artist Humanitarian Award, which is given each year to artists who prioritize giving back to their community as a significant aspect of their career.

He will be celebrated at CRS Honors, an event happening on February 29 in Nashville as a part of this year's Country Radio Seminar.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of America aims to create a welcoming environment and offer opportunities to children from all backgrounds, with a focus on those facing socioeconomic challenges. Brown, who experienced homelessness, racism, and abuse during his childhood, has expressed that he believes in the importance of having a safe space like the one the organization provides for young people.

Apart from donating money, Brown has also given kids opportunities by giving them tickets and backstage access to events. He also included dinner in the experience and shared his personal story with the group. Additionally, he has been involved in rebuilding a local chapter in his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The country singer's efforts with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America have been recognized in the past. In 2022, he was honored as the organization's "Champion of Youth" for his contributions.

Past recipients of the CRS Artist Humanitarian Award include Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, and Faith Hill, among others. Tracy Lawrence was the recipient of the award last year.
