  • by

Kane Brown has been recognized with a major award for his dedication to helping underprivileged children, particularly through his support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and similar programs that aim to empower at-risk youth. Since the beginning of his career in mainstream country music, Brown has consistently shown his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged young people.

The country radio industry is recognizing the singer "I Can Feel It" for their consistent dedication to supporting children and their focus on other charitable initiatives.

Brown has been selected to receive the 2024 CRS Artist Humanitarian Award, which is given out each year to recognize artists who prioritize giving back as a significant aspect of their work.

He will be celebrated at CRS Honors, which is happening on February 29 in Nashville as a part of the Country Radio Seminar this year.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of America aims to offer a supportive community and opportunities to children, particularly those facing economic challenges. Brown, who experienced homelessness, racism, and abuse during his childhood, expressed a desire for the type of safe environment that the organization strives to create for young people.

Apart from giving money, Brown has also given children chances to enjoy special experiences. For example, he gave tickets and backstage passes to 16 children and 4 adults from a local group, treating them to dinner and sharing his own story. Additionally, he has put effort into reviving a local chapter in his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The famous country singer has been recognized for his efforts with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in the past. In 2022, he was awarded the title of "Champion of Youth" by the organization for his contributions.

In the past, recipients of the CRS Artist Humanitarian Award have included Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, and Faith Hill, among others. Tracy Lawrence was the winner of the award last year.
