The lead singer of Sugar Ray has confirmed that Kid Rock was telling the truth when he claimed to "get more ass" than Mark McGrath.
The lyrics were taken from a song called "Cocky" by Rock, released in 2001 as part of his album with the same title. In this particular part of the song, the lyrics mention Rock identifying himself as "Kid Motherfuckin' Rock from the old school" and boasting about having more money than Matchbox Twenty and getting more attention from women than Mark McGrath.
How was the question about whether Kid Rock "got more ass" than Mark McGrath finally answered after twenty years? It all began when Rock Feed asked on social media if Kid Rock really did "get more ass" than Mark McGrath.
Shortly after, well-known YouTuber Finn McKenty proposed that Mark McGrath should be the one to resolve the argument, and he made sure to mention the Sugar Ray vocalist in his suggestion.
Shortly after, McGrath responded to the question with a light-hearted attitude. He confirmed that the person in question did indeed rhyme "ass" with his last name, and he appreciated the creativity. McGrath's response was shared through X, which was previously known as Twitter.
