Universal Audio's Electronic Music Bundle is currently available at a discounted rate of 95% off. Additionally, for a limited period, you can get an 80% discount on KarmaFX Synth Modular 2 through Audio Plugin Deals.
Modular synthesis offers a great deal of freedom and adaptability. Software platforms such as VCV Rack 2, Reaktor, and Cherry Audio's Voltage Modular have the capability to replicate the signal flow of a Eurorack setup.
When it comes to Reaktor, you have the option to immediately begin visually programming digital signal processing. However, KarmaFX's Synth Modular 2 follows a similar approach but has its own unique design philosophy.
If you're looking to expand your virtual modular synth collection, you can get the KarmaFX Synth Modular 2 at a discounted price of 80% off until February 5th from Audio Plugin Deals.
I have a strong appreciation for the workflow of VCV Rack and I often use it on both Mac and Windows operating systems. However, I find KarmaFX's approach to modular synthesis to be very interesting.
The preprogrammed settings have a fantastic sound, although they are mainly designed for trance music and its related subgenres.
If you are in search of deep and powerful bass notes, sharp and intense lead sounds, and rich and immersive cinematic pads, this product can easily deliver them.
Synth Modular 2 may take some time to understand how its signal flow works. However, once you become familiar with creating sounds from scratch using its modular components, the possibilities are endless.
I have a strong appreciation for the possibilities that the sequencer modules offer. Instead of being limited to the traditional knobs found on analog modeled Serge or typical sequencers, the visual elements are more diverse and immersive.
The user interface is easily understandable and visually appealing. It adapts well to different screen sizes, which is advantageous for users with higher resolutions. I personally evaluated the performance of Synth Modular 2 on a 4K monitor and found it to be impressive in terms of its smooth operation.
It would be great if the ability to resize the window was available, but that's a complaint for another occasion. Nonetheless, considering the price of $39.99, I believe it is a worthwhile investment.
Synth Modular 2 works perfectly on computers running Windows operating system. However, when I experimented with the trial version on my M1 Mac, I experienced problems as it automatically switched to using Rosetta.
However, there are many things to discover in this offer. With access to both a synthesizer and effects plugin, you have the opportunity to create unique and mind-blowing combinations if you are willing to invest the time. It is recommended to take advantage of this sale as it will not be available for long.
Take a look at this offer: Synth Modular 2 is currently available at a discounted price of 80% off until February 5th, costing only $39.99

An incredibly captivating add-on.
However, the identical offer was available on Pluginomat in the previous month.
I'm curious if Karma FX may have set their prices too high, considering the frequency of their sales.

I share the same opinion as Humanoid. In my view, the original price set for it was too high, especially considering the fact that it is frequently available for
I want to caution anyone who is planning to purchase this product that it only includes either a MacOS or a Windows version, not both. So, if you choose to buy the Mac version but later decide to switch and use it on Windows, you won't be able to do so. This is because the license for this product only allows for use on one operating system. Personally, I find this decision quite foolish since I often work on different platforms.
I made the purchase two years ago. The audio quality and flexibility are satisfactory, although they didn't impress me greatly. The CPU usage is moderate, which is expected for modular synthesizers. It would be nice to have some different skins for it. The user interface is a bit cumbersome. In my opinion, it is a decent modular synth, but overall it is fairly average.
