Take advantage of a massive 95% discount on Universal Audio's Electronic Music Bundle. Additionally, for a limited time, you can get an incredible 80% off on KarmaFX Synth Modular 2. Audio Plugin Deals is offering this discounted price on the virtual instrument created by KarmaFX.
The freedom and flexibility of modular synthesis are worth mentioning. Software platforms such as VCV Rack 2, Reaktor, and Cherry Audio's Voltage Modular have the ability to replicate the signal flow of a Eurorack setup.
For Reaktor, you have the option to immediately start visually programming DSP. Meanwhile, KarmaFX's Synth Modular 2 also follows a similar method but has its own unique design philosophy.
From now until February 5th, you can get a massive 80% discount on the KarmaFX Synth Modular 2 virtual modular synth collection at Audio Plugin Deals. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your collection.
I really love the way VCV Rack functions and I use it often on both Mac and Windows operating systems. However, I find KarmaFX's approach to modular synthesis quite fascinating.
The pre-set sounds are impressive, though they are mostly designed for trance music and its related subgenres.
If you are searching for deep bass plucks, harsh gated leads, and rich cinematic pads, it can easily produce those sounds.
The Synth Modular 2 can be a bit challenging to understand its signal flow at first. However, once you become familiar with how to program a sound from the ground up using its modular components, there are endless possibilities and no boundaries to what you can create.
I have a strong appreciation for the possibilities that the sequencer modules offer. Unlike being limited to the traditional knobs found on a Serge or a typical sequencer, these modules offer a much more visually engaging experience.
The user interface is easily understandable and visually appealing. It adjusts smoothly to fit different screen sizes, which is advantageous if you have a high-resolution display. I personally tried out Synth Modular 2 on a 4K monitor and was impressed by its smooth performance and adaptability.
It would be great if the window could be resized without any restrictions, although that is a complaint to be discussed at a later time. However, considering the price of $39.99, I believe it is a worthwhile purchase.
The Synth Modular 2 software works perfectly on Windows computers. However, when I tried using the trial version on my M1 Mac, I faced problems as it automatically switched to running through Rosetta.
However, there is a lot to discover in this offering. With access to both a synthesizer and effects plugin, you have the opportunity to create unique and mind-blowing combinations if you are willing to invest the necessary time. It is recommended to take advantage of this sale promptly as it will not be available for long.
Take a look at this great offer: Synth Modular 2 is currently discounted by 80% until February 5th, and can be purchased for only $39.99

An incredibly fascinating plugin
However, the identical offer was available on Pluginomat during the previous month.
I am curious if Karma FX has set their prices too high, considering the number of sales they are currently offering.

I share the same opinion as Humanoid. In my perspective, the price of the product has been set too high, especially considering that it is frequently available for purchase
I want to caution anyone who plans to buy this product that you will only receive either a MacOS or a Windows version, not both. So, if you purchase it for Mac and later wish to deactivate it and use it on Windows, you won't be able to do so. This product only allows for use on one operating system with a single license. In my opinion, this limitation is quite foolish, especially for someone like me who works on multiple platforms.
I made the purchase two years ago. The sound quality and versatility are satisfactory, although not particularly impressive. The CPU usage is moderate, which is expected for modular synths. It would be great to have some different visual designs for it. The user-friendliness is a bit cumbersome. I would consider it to be decent for a modular synth, but overall it is rather average in my personal opinion.
