Will Taylor Swift Defy Time Zones and Make it to the Super Bowl?

  • by

Could Taylor Swift potentially attend the Super Bowl now that the Kansas City Chiefs are confirmed to be playing?

The superstar has been in a relationship with Travis Kelce, who plays as a tight end, for a major part of the season and has consistently attended his games. However, she also has to manage her own incredibly successful career and its demanding schedule.

Unless something unexpected happens, it is highly likely that Swift will attend the Super Bowl even though she will be in a different part of the world the day before. Thanks to her personal airplane and the concept of different time zones, the singer could reach the United States with enough time to relax and prepare for the game.

Currently, Swift's performance is planned to start at 6PM in Tokyo, Japan and is expected to last for approximately five hours. Even if she continues performing on stage until late, possibly past 11PM, she will still have enough time to reach her private jet and catch her international flight.

The average duration of a flight from Tokyo to Las Vegas is about 11-12 hours. If she can depart from Japan at midnight (JST) after her show, she will arrive in Las Vegas on Sunday (Feb. 11) between 11AM and noon (JST). However, due to the time difference, it will actually be between 9-10PM ET on Saturday (Feb. 10) in the United States. This is because Japan is 14 hours ahead of the East Coast, and she will gain time during her travel.

Despite the possibility of her Falcon 900 jet needing to make a pit stop for refueling during the journey, she will still have ample time to reach Allegiant Stadium before the kickoff at 6:30PM ET on Sunday, February 11th. Although she might feel tired, she is determined to make it work.

The upcoming Super Bowl 58 will showcase a game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. This exciting event will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, February 11. Fans have the option to watch the game on CBS at 6:30 PM ET or stream it on Paramount+.
