Taylor Swift’s Super Bowl Journey: Will She Make It Despite International Concert Schedule?

  • by

Could Taylor Swift possibly attend the Super Bowl now that the Kansas City Chiefs have secured their spot in the game?

The popular celebrity has been in a relationship with professional football player Travis Kelce for most of the season and has been regularly attending his games. However, she also has a very successful career of her own to manage and balance.

Assuming there are no significant obstacles, it is highly likely that Swift will attend the Super Bowl, even though she will be in a different part of the world the day before. With the help of her personal airplane and the difference in time zones, the pop star could reach the United States with ample time to relax and prepare herself for the game.

Currently, Swift's performance is planned to start at 6PM Tokyo time (JST) and is expected to last approximately five hours. Even if she doesn't finish her performance until late at night, she still has enough time to reach her private jet and catch the international flight.

On a typical flight, it takes around 11-12 hours to travel from Tokyo to Las Vegas. Let's say she can depart from Japan at midnight (JST) after her show. In that case, she would arrive in Las Vegas sometime between 11AM and noon (JST) on Sunday, February 11th. However, due to the time difference, when she arrives in Las Vegas, it will actually be between 9-10PM (ET) on Saturday, February 10th. This is because Japan is 14 hours ahead of the East Coast of the United States, so she will gain some time during her journey.

Regardless of whether her Falcon 900 jet needs to make a pit stop for refueling during the journey, she will still have ample time to arrive at Allegiant Stadium before the kickoff at 6:30PM ET on Sunday, Feb. 11. Although she may feel tired, she is determined to make it work.

The upcoming Super Bowl 58 will showcase a game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. Taking place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, February 11th, the match will be broadcasted on CBS at 6:30PM ET and can also be streamed on Paramount+.
