Currently, Swift's performance is planned to start at 6PM in Tokyo, Japan. It is expected to last approximately five hours. Even if she finishes her performance well past 11PM, she will still have enough time to reach her private jet and catch her international flight.
Typically, it takes around 11-12 hours to fly from Tokyo to Las Vegas. Let's say that she can depart from Japan at midnight (JST) after her show. In that case, she would arrive in Las Vegas sometime between 11AM and noon (JST) on Sunday, February 11th. However, due to the time difference, it will actually be between 9-10PM ET on Saturday, February 10th in the United States, as Japan is 14 hours ahead of the East Coast. During her journey, she will essentially gain time.
