The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission had acknowledged their involvement in pressuring Young to keep his distance after he attempted to intervene in their license check.

Young is no longer facing any charges, so legally, the incident is resolved for him. He will probably go back to promoting his upcoming album called Young Love & Saturday Night, which is scheduled to be released on March 22.
