Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, has received some positive news regarding his recovery after undergoing a surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns about the success of the procedure. However, as of Monday (Jan. 29), Ernest's wife Crystal has reported that he has started experiencing significant improvements in his health.
Crystal expresses on Facebook that she cannot find a logical reason for the sudden positive changes in their situation, attributing it to a higher power. She elaborates on how they were unable to have a successful dialysis treatment for three weeks, but the following day, they were able to. Additionally, Crystal mentions that they were facing more severe circumstances at one point, but the next day, the situation improved. She also notes that one day they were uncertain about what the future held, but the following day, they gained confidence that the future would be positive.
She continues to express that GOD is capable of achieving what we are unable to, and HE has indeed accomplished it! Crystal further shared a picture of Ernest recovering in a medical facility, seated in a chair with equipment connected to him, but otherwise appearing at ease.
During the time Ernest was going through his medical difficulties, Crystal asked for the support and prayers of concerned fans for her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer had on Ernest's improvement in health.
She expresses her gratitude, acknowledging that none of the achievements would have been possible without the faith of the readers, the support of the almighty God, and their prayers. She thanks everyone for being a crucial part of their support system, caring enough to dedicate time to pray for them, and for being a part of God's army. Their gratitude is everlasting.
The author mentions that Ernest is fortunate enough to be able to return home for his recovery after being discharged from the hospital.
Loretta Lynn has survived two of her children who she had with her deceased husband, Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn. These children were their oldest daughter Betty Sue, who passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema, and their oldest son Jack Benny, who tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on the Lynn family's property in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Lynn passed away on October 4, 2022, at her residence in Hurricane Mills. She had reached the age of 90. Throughout her life, she achieved remarkable success as a country music artist and holds the record for being the female country performer with the highest number of awards.
