Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, recently underwent a surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the procedure may not have been successful. However, there is now some positive news as Ernest's wife Crystal has provided an update stating that he has begun to experience significant improvements in his health as of Monday, January 29th.
Crystal shares on Facebook that she cannot find any logical reason for the positive changes in her situation other than attributing it to a higher power, God. She mentions how one day they were unable to successfully undergo dialysis for a period of three weeks, but the very next day they were able to do so. Similarly, they were facing potentially more severe circumstances one day, but the following day those circumstances seemed less dire. Crystal also notes that while they were uncertain about what the future held at one point, they now feel confident that the future looks promising.
She expresses that GOD is capable of accomplishing things that we are unable to, and without a doubt, HE has achieved it! Additionally, Crystal has posted a picture of Ernest in the process of recovering, seated on a chair within a medical center. He is connected to various machines but otherwise appears to be resting comfortably.
During the time when Ernest was facing medical difficulties, Crystal reached out to fans and asked for their support and prayers for her husband's healing. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer had on Ernest's progress in terms of his health.
She expresses her gratitude, acknowledging that none of their achievements would have been possible without the faith of others, the support of their all-powerful God, and the prayers and assistance received. She extends her thanks to everyone who has been a part of their support system, showing care by taking the time to pray for them, and being a valuable member of God's army. Their gratitude is everlasting.
In addition, she points out that Ernest is fortunate to be able to return home to recover after being in the hospital.
Loretta Lynn has survived the passing of two of her children, who she had with her late husband, Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn. The first was their oldest daughter Betty Sue, who passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema. The second was their oldest son Jack Benny, who tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on their Hurricane Mills property in Tennessee.
Lynn passed away at the age of 90 on October 4, 2022, in her residence in Hurricane Mills. Throughout her life, she achieved remarkable success in the field of country music, establishing herself as the most honored female country artist in history.
