Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, recently underwent surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the surgery may not have been successful. However, there is now some positive news as Ernest's wife, Crystal, has reported that he has started to experience significant improvements in his health as of Monday, January 29th.
Crystal expressed on Facebook that she cannot find any logical explanation for the positive changes in her situation, except for a divine intervention. She observed that after three weeks of unsuccessful dialysis, suddenly it became successful. Additionally, she noticed that one day they were dealing with grave circumstances, but the very next day, the situation improved significantly. Crystal also noticed a shift in their outlook from uncertainty about the future to having confidence that the future holds promising prospects.
Crystal expresses her belief that GOD is capable of accomplishing things that we, as humans, cannot achieve. She further mentions that GOD has already accomplished something extraordinary. Crystal also shares a photograph of Ernest, who seems to be recovering in a medical facility. In the photo, Ernest is seen seated in a chair, connected to various machines, but he appears to be resting comfortably.
During Ernest's difficult time with his health, Crystal has been reaching out to fans and asking for their support and prayers for her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant role that prayer has played in Ernest's improved health.
She expresses her gratitude by acknowledging that none of their accomplishments would have been possible without the faith of others, the presence of their powerful God, and the prayers and support received. She appreciates everyone for being a part of their support system, for showing care by taking the time to pray for them, and for being a part of God's army. Their gratitude is everlasting.
Additionally, she mentions that Ernest has the opportunity to return home and recuperate following his time in the hospital.
Loretta Lynn has survived two of her children who she had with her late husband, Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn. The first was their oldest daughter Betty Sue, who passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema. The second was their oldest son Jack Benny, who tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on the Lynn family's property in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Lynn passed away on October 4, 2022, at her residence in Hurricane Mills at the age of 90. Throughout her life, she achieved great success as one of the most accomplished artists in the country music genre. Additionally, she held the record for being the female country performer with the highest number of awards received.
