Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist in 2023, shows no signs of slowing down as she enters the new year. Despite her busy schedule, she has managed to secure numerous engagements for 2024, including an appearance in a Super Bowl commercial.
Billboard reported that Wilson is set to appear in a Coors Light advertisement to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will include a CGI virtual seat booking feature, allowing fans to have an enhanced experience.
In the wintry-themed advertisement, Wilson will be depicted in the midst of a photo shoot when suddenly the "Chill Train" rushes past her. The scene will be filled with cold elements such as swirling snow, a frosty blue jacket, and a refreshing can of Coors Light. However, despite the wintry setting, the country superstar actually filmed her scene for the advertisement in sunny Los Angeles.
The country star shares that they had a photo shoot with their reliable old guitar and a horse that was provided by Coors Light. The shoot involved unique makeup effects that gave a frosted appearance, and they also got to have fake snow applied to their hair and eyelashes. This experience allowed them to explore their creativity in new and exciting ways, which they always find enjoyable.
Wilson, who is in a relationship with former NFL quarterback Devlin "Duck" Hodges, has the opportunity to attend the upcoming Super Bowl in Las Vegas. She will be present to witness the highly anticipated clash between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Wilson enthusiastically expresses her anticipation for both the game and the halftime show when questioned.
"I'm really looking forward to seeing Usher perform and I'm also excited about the game. It's only my second time attending the Super Bowl, so whenever you receive an invitation to go, you definitely take it," expresses the singer. "It's a unique experience that only happens once in a lifetime, and I'll be attending with some of my friends and other artists. It's going to be a fantastic celebration."
Although she didn't explicitly express her strong support for any specific team, Wilson appears to be wishing for the Kansas City Chiefs, the current Super Bowl champions, to achieve another victory.
Wilson reveals that he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who are both players for the Chiefs. They attended one of his shows last summer, and Wilson describes them as wonderful individuals. He admits that if he had to choose someone to support, it would likely be them.
Naturally, there is a lot of attention focused on Kelce as he enters the Super Bowl. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's strongest athletes, but also because of his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift.
Swift has been going to Chiefs games this season whenever she can fit it into her touring schedule, and numerous fans are eager to see her at the Super Bowl, which is scheduled for February 11th. Swift's Eras Tour will continue earlier in that week: She is set to perform in Tokyo, Japan on February 10th. Nevertheless, it is entirely feasible that she will return to Las Vegas in time to watch the significant game due to the time zone difference.
After a major victory in the AFC Championship, Taylor Swift shares a kiss with Travis Kelce. Get more updates from Taste of Country. Stay connected with us for more information.
