Lainey Wilson Joins Coors Light in Super Bowl Commercial Featuring CGI Virtual Seat Booking

  • by

Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a very busy year in 2023 and it seems like she will continue to stay busy in the coming year. She has already been scheduled for numerous events in 2024, and one of them includes appearing in a commercial during the Super Bowl.

As per Billboard, Wilson is set to appear briefly in a Coors Light advertisement that aims to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will feature a virtual seat booking feature using CGI technology for fans to have a delightful experience.

In the wintry-themed ad, Wilson will be depicted in the midst of a photo shoot when suddenly the "Chill Train" races past her. The scene will be cold, with strong gusts of snow, Wilson wearing an icy blue fringe jacket, and holding a cold can of Coors Light. However, despite the wintry setting, the country superstar actually filmed her scene for the ad in sunny Los Angeles.

The country singer shares a story about a photoshoot where they collaborated with Coors Light to feature their reliable old guitar and a horse. The shoot involved using interesting makeup effects that resembled frost, and they even incorporated fake snow in the singer's hair and eyelashes. This experience allowed the singer to explore new and creative ways of expression, which they always find enjoyable.

Wilson, who is in a relationship with former NFL quarterback Devlin "Duck" Hodges, has the opportunity to witness the Super Bowl in person this year. She will be present in Las Vegas to watch the exciting match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Wilson acknowledges that although she is enthusiastic about watching the game, she is equally thrilled about the halftime show.

"I am filled with anticipation to witness Usher's performance, and I am also thrilled about the game itself. This is only my second time attending the Super Bowl, so whenever you receive an invitation to go, it is a must. It is a rare opportunity that only comes once in a lifetime, and I am fortunate to be going with my friends and fellow artists. It is going to be an unforgettable celebration."

While not explicitly endorsing any specific team, Wilson appears to be desiring a consecutive victory for the current Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs.

According to Wilson, he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who are both players for the Chiefs. They attended one of his shows last summer, and Wilson describes them as wonderful individuals. He mentions that if he had to support a particular team or players, it would probably be them.

Naturally, everyone's attention is focused on Kelce as he enters the Super Bowl. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's most dominant athletes, but also because of his high-profile relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift.

Swift has been making appearances at Chiefs games this season whenever she can fit it into her busy touring schedule. Fans are eagerly anticipating the possibility of seeing her at the Super Bowl, which is scheduled for February 11th. However, Swift's Eras Tour will resume earlier that week with a show in Tokyo, Japan on February 10th. Despite this, there is a chance that she may be able to return to Las Vegas in time to catch the highly-anticipated game due to the time difference.

After a significant victory in the AFC Championship, Taylor Swift plants a kiss on Travis Kelce. Additional content can be found on Taste of Country's website. Stay updated by following their
