Lainey Wilson’s Exciting Super Bowl Cameo and Anticipation for the Halftime Show

  • by

Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a busy year in 2023, and it seems like she won't be taking a break as she enters the new year. In 2024, she has already been scheduled for numerous events, and one of them includes appearing in a commercial during the Super Bowl.

As reported by Billboard, Wilson is set to make a special appearance in a Coors Light advertisement that aims to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will include a virtual seat booking feature using CGI technology, allowing fans to have an immersive experience.

Wilson will be featured in a wintry-themed advertisement where she is in the midst of a photoshoot when the "Chill Train" swiftly passes by her. The scene will portray a cold atmosphere with strong gusts of snow, Wilson wearing an icy blue fringe jacket, and holding a cold can of Coors Light. However, despite the wintry setting, the country music icon actually filmed her scene for the advertisement in sunny Los Angeles.

The country star recalls a photo shoot where they were accompanied by a horse provided by Coors Light. They had unique makeup effects that resembled frost, and they also had fake snow applied to their hair and eyelashes. This experience allowed the star to explore their creativity in new and exciting ways, which they always find enjoyable.

Wilson, who is in a relationship with former NFL quarterback Devlin "Duck" Hodges, will have the opportunity to witness the Super Bowl firsthand this year. She will be present in Las Vegas to witness the thrilling encounter between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Wilson confesses that she is equally enthusiastic about watching the game and the halftime show.

"I am filled with anticipation to witness Usher's performance, and I am also thrilled about the game. This is my second time attending the Super Bowl, and whenever you receive an invitation to go, you simply cannot miss it," expresses the singer. "It's an extraordinary experience that only happens once in a lifetime, and I am fortunate to be accompanied by my friends and fellow artists. It will undoubtedly be a lively celebration."

While she didn't explicitly express her strong support for any particular team, Wilson appears to be favoring the Chiefs, who were the previous Super Bowl champions, and is hopeful for their success in winning the Super Bowl again.

According to Wilson, he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who are both players for the Chiefs football team. They attended one of his shows last summer, and Wilson describes them as genuinely wonderful individuals. He mentions that if he had to support or cheer for someone, it would likely be them.

Naturally, everyone's attention is focused on Kelce as the Super Bowl approaches. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's most dominant athletes, but also because of his high-profile relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift.

When Swift's touring schedule permits, she has been attending Chiefs games this year. Fans are eagerly anticipating her presence at the Super Bowl, scheduled for February 11. Swift's Eras Tour will continue earlier that week, with a show in Tokyo, Japan on February 10. However, considering the time difference, there is a good chance she will be able to return to Las Vegas in time to watch the big game.

Taylor Swift shows her excitement and appreciation for Travis Kelce by sharing a kiss with him following a significant victory in the AFC Championship. This news comes from Taste of Country, a trusted
