Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a very busy year in 2023 and it seems like she won't be taking a break as she enters the new year. She has already been scheduled for numerous events in 2024, and one of them includes appearing in a commercial during the Super Bowl.
As per Billboard, Wilson is set to appear in a Coors Light advertisement that aims to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the advertisement will feature a CGI virtual seat booking feature that fans can use to enhance their experience.
In the wintry-themed advertisement, Wilson will be depicted in the midst of a photo shoot when suddenly the "Chill Train" rushes past her. The scene will be filled with cold gusts of snow, Wilson wearing an icy blue fringe jacket, and holding a refreshing can of Coors Light. However, despite the wintry setting, the country superstar actually filmed her part for the advertisement in sunny Los Angeles.
"I had a photo shoot where I posed with my reliable guitar and a horse that Coors Light provided for me. We incorporated some amazing makeup effects that resembled frost, and we also used fake snow on my hair and eyelashes," recalls the popular country singer. "I had the opportunity to do something completely new and express my creativity in various ways, which is always enjoyable for me."
Wilson, who is in a relationship with Devlin "Duck" Hodges, a former NFL quarterback, will have the opportunity to attend the Super Bowl in person this year. She will be present in Las Vegas to witness the highly anticipated showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
When questioned, Wilson confesses that she is equally thrilled about watching the game and the halftime show.
"I can't wait to see Usher perform and I'm also really looking forward to the game. This is only my second time attending the Super Bowl, so whenever I get the chance to go, I take it. Going to the Super Bowl is a unique experience that only happens once in a lifetime, and I'm fortunate to be going with my friends and other artists. It's going to be a fantastic celebration."
While she didn't explicitly show strong support for any specific team, Wilson appears to be anticipating that the Chiefs, the current Super Bowl champions, will achieve another victory.
According to Wilson, he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who are both players for the Kansas City Chiefs football team. They attended one of his shows last summer, and Wilson describes them as wonderful individuals. Therefore, if he had to support or cheer for a particular team, it would probably be the Chiefs because of his positive experience with Kelce and Mahomes.

Swift has been going to Chiefs games this season whenever she can fit it into her touring schedule, and numerous fans are eager to see her at the Super Bowl, which is scheduled for Feb. 11. Swift's Eras Tour will continue earlier that week: She is set to perform in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 10. Nevertheless, it is entirely plausible that she will return to Las Vegas in time to watch the significant game due to the time difference.
