Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a very busy year in 2023 and shows no signs of slowing down as she enters the new year. She has already secured various engagements for 2024, and one of them includes appearing in a commercial during the Super Bowl.
As reported by Billboard, Wilson is set to appear in a Coors Light advertisement that aims to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will feature a virtual seat booking feature created using CGI technology, providing fans with an enjoyable experience.
In the wintry-themed advertisement, Wilson will be depicted in the midst of a photo shoot when she is suddenly passed by the "Chill Train". The scene will be filled with snowy gusts, a frosty blue jacket, and naturally, a cold Coors Light can. However, despite the wintry setting, the country superstar actually filmed her part in the sunny city of Los Angeles.
The country star shares their experience of doing a photo shoot with their reliable old guitar and a horse provided by Coors Light. They had the opportunity to incorporate unique frosted makeup effects and add fake snow to their hair and eyelashes. This allowed them to explore their creativity in different ways, which they always find enjoyable.
Wilson, who is in a relationship with former NFL quarterback Devlin "Duck" Hodges, has the opportunity to personally attend the Super Bowl this year. She will be present in Las Vegas to witness the thrilling matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Wilson acknowledges that while she is enthusiastic about watching the game, she is equally thrilled for the halftime show.
"I am really looking forward to seeing Usher and I am also excited about the game. It's only the second time I have ever been to the Super Bowl, so whenever you receive an invitation to attend, you definitely take it. It's a unique experience that only happens once in a lifetime, and I am fortunate to be going with some of my friends and other artists. It's going to be a fantastic celebration."
Although she didn't explicitly express her full support for any specific team, Wilson appears to be optimistic about the Kansas City Chiefs, the current Super Bowl champions, securing another victory.
Wilson mentioned that he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who are both players for the Chiefs. They attended one of his shows last summer, and according to Wilson, they are genuinely amazing individuals. Therefore, if he had to support a particular team, he would probably choose to root for them.
Naturally, everyone's attention is focused on Kelce as he enters the Super Bowl. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's top athletes, but also because of his high-profile relationship with pop superstar Taylor Swift.
Swift has been going to Chiefs games this season whenever she has the chance in her busy touring schedule. Fans are excited and hopeful to see her at the Super Bowl, which is scheduled for February 11th. Although Swift's Eras Tour will resume earlier that week with a show in Tokyo, Japan on February 10th, there is a possibility that she might make it back to Las Vegas in time to watch the significant game due to the time difference.
After a significant victory in the AFC Championship, Taylor Swift plants a kiss on Travis Kelce. For more updates, visit Taste of Country and follow us for more information.
