Lainey Wilson, a prominent figure in the country music industry, had a jam-packed schedule in 2023 and shows no signs of slowing down in the upcoming year. She has already secured numerous appearances for 2024, one of which includes featuring in a commercial during the highly anticipated Super Bowl event.
Based on information from Billboard, it has been reported that Wilson will be appearing in a Coors Light advertisement that aims to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will include a CGI virtual seat booking feature, allowing fans to have an enhanced experience.
Wilson will be featured in a wintry-themed advertisement where she is in the midst of a photo shoot when the "Chill Train" swiftly passes by her. The scene will have a cold atmosphere, with gusts of snow, a frosty blue fringe jacket, and, naturally, a refreshing can of Coors Light. Surprisingly, the country singer filmed her scene for the advertisement in sunny Los Angeles instead of a cold location.
"I had a photoshoot where I posed with my reliable old guitar and a horse that was arranged for me by Coors Light. The shoot involved applying unique makeup effects that made me look frosted, and we also had fake snow added to my hair and eyelashes," shares the country musician. "It was an opportunity for me to try something new and be creative in various ways, which is always enjoyable for me."
Wilson, who is in a relationship with former NFL quarterback Devlin "Duck" Hodges, has made plans to personally attend the Super Bowl this year. She will be present in Las Vegas to witness the highly anticipated match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Wilson acknowledges that she is equally thrilled about watching the game and the halftime show when questioned.
"I'm really looking forward to seeing Usher perform and I'm also very excited about the game. This will be my second time attending the Super Bowl, and whenever you receive an invitation to go, you just can't miss it," expresses the singer with enthusiasm. "It's a unique experience that only happens once in a lifetime, and I'm fortunate to be going with some of my friends and fellow artists. It's going to be a fantastic celebration."
Wilson, while not explicitly endorsing any specific team, appears to be optimistic about the Chiefs, the current Super Bowl champions, and is possibly wishing for them to secure another victory.
According to Wilson, he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, the tight end and quarterback of the Chiefs respectively. Last summer, they attended one of his shows and Wilson describes them as genuinely wonderful individuals. If he had to choose someone to support, it would likely be them.
Naturally, everyone's attention is focused on Kelce as he enters the Super Bowl. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's strongest athletes, but also because he is dating Taylor Swift, a popular pop singer.
Swift has been going to Chiefs games this year whenever she has the chance during her tours. Fans are eager to see her at the Super Bowl on Feb. 11. However, Swift's Eras Tour will continue earlier that week with a show in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 10. Nonetheless, it is likely that she will be able to make it back to Las Vegas in time to watch the Super Bowl due to the time difference.
After a major victory in the AFC Championship, Taylor Swift shares a kiss with Travis Kelce. You can find more news and updates on Taste of Country. Stay connected by following us
