Chris Young Reveals Injuries from Violent Police Encounter – What Really Happened

  • by

Chris Young displayed his injuries from a confrontation with officers from the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) before his recent arrest, and the injuries were just as severe as they appeared.

The singer displayed his bruises to his fans on Tuesday (Jan. 30), which he got when an officer forcefully pushed him, resulting in him losing balance and falling into the corner of a bar. These injuries consist of two noticeable bruises: one on the inner side of his arm and another on his lower back.

In his post, Young expresses his discomfort with the photo being too close to his spine. He adds a clip of "Don't Stand So Close to Me," a popular song from the 1980s by the British rock band The Police.

After reading Young's post, several fans expressed empathy towards his experience through the comments section. However, there were also individuals who supported the actions taken by the officers.

A commenter questions the acceptability of the situation, suggesting that by taking legal action against the responsible party, it can potentially prevent similar incidents from occurring to others.

One person expresses their opinion that someone should not interfere with another person's job and cannot sympathize with them. However, they still enjoy the person's music.

Earlier this month, the actor from "Young Love & Saturday Nights" was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and attacking a police officer at a bar called the Dawg House in Nashville.

However, the footage captured from security cameras and by other individuals present at the bar tells a contrasting tale. It shows that Young behaved respectfully and cooperatively with the officers while being apprehended. It appears that he barely made contact with one of the officers before the latter forcefully pushed him backwards, causing him to fall over the bar.

The singer's charges were dismissed, and afterwards, Young confidently responded to those who believed he should not have made physical contact with the officer.

Now that all accusations against Young have been dropped, he can finally put the incident behind him from a legal standpoint. He will probably go back to focusing on promoting his upcoming album, titled Young Love & Saturday Nights, which is set to be released on March 22.
