In the near future, CMA Fest will undergo significant changes due to the upcoming construction of a new stadium for the Tennessee Titans.
The festival's main shows have been hosted at Nissan Stadium for a number of years, but they will be relocated to the new venue once it has been finished.
The Country Music Association has expressed their intention to collaborate with the Tennessee Titans annually during CMA Fest. They eagerly anticipate hosting country music enthusiasts in Nashville for the evening performances at the recently built stadium.
A brand new stadium, appropriately called the New Nissan Stadium, will be constructed on the eastern side of the present Nissan Stadium, located along the East Bank of the Cumberland River. The construction of the stadium is planned to commence this year, and it is expected to be ready for opening in 2027.
Fans of country music will still have the option to reach the New Nissan Stadium in downtown Nashville by using the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
In contrast to the Titans' present location, the upcoming stadium will be an enclosed establishment specifically designed to enhance the fan experience. It will provide breathtaking views of Nashville, feature a see-through roof, and include a generous 12,000 square feet of community space that can be utilized throughout the year.
