The upcoming stadium, appropriately called the New Nissan Stadium, is planned to be constructed on the eastern side of the existing Nissan Stadium, situated along the Cumberland River's East Bank. The building process will commence in the present year, and the stadium is anticipated to be ready for opening by 2027.

Fans of country music can still reach the New Nissan Stadium in downtown Nashville by using the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
