Here are six haunting last performances by renowned artists such as Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Daryle Singletary, and more. George Jones was aware that his last concert would be his final one. On the other hand, Daryle Singletary was unaware, which adds an additional layer of eeriness to the song he decided to conclude the evening with.

Following the passing of Merle Haggard, an anecdote circulated about Toby Keith playing a role in ensuring Haggard's graceful exit from the spotlight. However, this story turned out to be false. Neither Keith nor the person who deceived us into believing he was present were actually there for Haggard's last performance.

In reality, the individual referred to as "that guy", who is an actor named W. Earl Brown, did not attend the show where Keith actually assisted Haggard in finishing. He merely learned about it from others.
