Reba McEntire is set to work with the team from her previous show "Reba" for a new sitcom, making a return to television.
Following her time as a coach on the TV show The Voice, Reba McEntire is now collaborating with NBC on a new comedy pilot that has not yet been named.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show focuses on the main character played by McEntire, who unexpectedly inherits her father's restaurant. She is not happy to learn that she now has to share ownership of the business with her newfound half-sister.

McEntire will be working with experienced showrunner Kevin Abbott, who has worked on popular shows like Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.
Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who previously worked on the show Reba, are said to be joining Reba McEntire on her upcoming comedy series for NBC.
NBC has made its first pilot order for 2024 following the resolution of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.
