Country music star Reba McEntire is returning to television in a new sitcom, reuniting with the team behind her previous show "Reba."
Following her time as a coach on The Voice, Reba McEntire is collaborating with NBC once again for a new multi-camera comedy pilot that does not have a title yet.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show follows the story of McEntire's character, who unexpectedly becomes co-owner of her father's restaurant with a half-sister she never knew existed.

McEntire will team up with experienced showrunner Kevin Abbott, who has worked on popular TV shows such as Last Man Standing, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls.
According to reports, Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis, who previously worked as executive producers on the show Reba, will be joining Reba McEntire on her upcoming comedy series on NBC.
NBC has recently ordered its first pilot of 2024 following the conclusion of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.

The singer known for her song "Fancy" made her debut on television in the early 2000s with a popular sitcom called Reba, which aired for six seasons from 2001 to 2007.
