Pardi shared with Taste of Country Nights that he and Luke both felt that the song was perfect for them to sing together. He explained that the song is about cowboys and farmers.

Pardi's latest release, "Cowboys and Plowboys", is his first new music since his Mr. Saturday Night album in 2022. He also released a Christmas album last fall. Pardi and his wife Summer had their first child, Presley, in February. They have announced that they are expecting their second child, another girl, in July.
