Chris Young recently addressed his fans for the first time since his arrest and the subsequent dropping of charges. He mentioned that he is still trying to come to terms with a tumultuous week that involved being arrested for assault.
The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" expressed gratitude on social media towards his friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of January 22nd.

In the video, Young expresses gratitude for the support of friends and fans who reassured him that they believe in his innocence and stand by him.
"It was a relief to see the charges dropped. I wouldn't want anyone to have to experience that. The positive aspect was witnessing the love and support from others."
The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville's downtown area.
In the security camera footage, Young appears calm before he tries to get the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. The agent then pushes Young, causing him to stumble back into the bar and fall down.
In the video, Young mentions that he is still trying to understand and deal with the false accusations and events of the past week. However, he also mentions that the support from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album earlier than planned.
The song "Double Down" will be released on Friday, February 2nd, at midnight.
"Turn up the volume, savor the moment. I value you, I care for you, and I am grateful," Young expresses.
