Young expressed how much it meant to have friends and fans show their support by reaching out and reassuring him that they believe in him and do not think he was involved in any wrongdoing.
"It is a relief to see the charges being dropped. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I went through. However, the positive aspect was witnessing the overwhelming love and support."
The event occurred at a bar called the Dawg House in the city center of Nashville.
Footage from a security camera captures Young behaving calmly before attempting to grab the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. The agent then pushes Young, causing him to stumble backwards into the bar and fall down.
"In the video, Young mentions that he is still trying to understand and deal with the false accusations and events of the past week. Towards the end of the video, he shares that the encouragement and support from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule."
"Double Down" will be released on Friday, February 2nd at midnight.
"Turn up the volume, savor the moment. I am grateful for you, I care about you, and I want to say thank you," Young expresses.
