Chris Young recently addressed his fans for the first time since his arrest and subsequent dropping of charges. He mentioned that he is still trying to come to terms with the events of the past week, which involved allegations of assault against him.

The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" went on social media to express gratitude to friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of Jan. 22.

In a recent development, Chris Young has been cleared of all charges following his arrest at a bar

In the video, Young expresses how much it meant to him to have a lot of friends and fans show their support and assure him that they don't believe he did any of the things he was accused of.

"It is a relief to see the charges being dropped. Going through such a situation is not something I would wish upon anyone. However, the positive aspect was witnessing the overwhelming love and support."

The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville's downtown area.

Footage from a security camera captures Young appearing composed as he tries to get the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by gesturing towards him. The agent responds by pushing Young, causing him to lose his balance, fall back into the bar, and collapse.

"I'm still trying to make sense of the false accusations and events that happened last week," Young mentions at the beginning of the video. Towards the end, he shares that the encouragement from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.

The new album "Double Down" will be released this Friday at midnight.

Young encourages people to turn up the volume and enjoy the music. He expresses gratitude and love towards his listeners, thanking them for their support.
