Chris Young Opens Up to Fans After Arrest and Dropped Charges: “The Love and Support Meant the World to Me

Chris Young recently talked to his fans for the first time since his arrest and subsequent dropped charges. He mentioned that he is still trying to make sense of a tumultuous week that involved him getting arrested for assault.

The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" posted on social media to express gratitude to friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of January 22nd.

Young expressed that the support he received from friends and fans was extremely meaningful to him. He mentioned that many people reached out to him to assure him that they believed in his innocence and stood by him.

"It's a relief to see the charges dropped. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I went through. However, the positive aspect was the overwhelming love and support I received."

The event occurred at a bar called the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville.

In the security camera footage, Young appears calm before he tries to get the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. The agent then pushes Young, causing him to stagger back into the bar and fall down.

In a recent video, Young mentions that he is still dealing with the aftermath of false accusations and events from the past week. He also shares that the encouragement from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.

The new album "Double Down" will be released on Friday, February 2nd, at midnight.

Young encourages you to turn up the volume and savor the experience. He expresses his gratitude, love, and appreciation towards you.
