In the video, Young expressed how much it meant to him to have friends and fans support him and believe in his innocence.
"It's great to see the charges being dropped. I wouldn't want anyone to go through something like that. The positive aspect was the overwhelming love and support I received."
The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the heart of downtown Nashville.
Footage from a security camera captures Young behaving calmly before he tries to get the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. The agent responds by pushing Young, causing him to stumble backwards into the bar and fall down.
"I'm still trying to make sense of all the untrue accusations and events that happened last week," Young states at the beginning of the video. Towards the end, he shares that the encouragement from his fans motivated him to debut a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.
New music release "Double Down" will be available starting Friday night at midnight on February 2nd.
"Turn up the volume, have fun with it. I am grateful for you, I care about you, and I am thankful," Young expresses.
