The host of the Fox show, Jennifer Nettles, acknowledges that this season the women on the show are showing more emotions, energy, and reactions, which may result in some intense moments on the farm.

The upcoming season of Farmer Wants a Wife will showcase four farmers from different parts of the United States who are searching for their soulmates.

However, the unique aspect is that each farmer will choose five women from a group of 29 to live with them on their farm. This experience will give the women a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities of being a farmer's wife.

Introducing the farmers on Season 2 of Farmer Wants a Wife:

Ty Ferrell, aged 42, prefers to be known as a cowboy rather than a farmer, as his main role is as a team roper. He runs a 50-acre farm in Sikeston, Missouri, where he raises horses and cattle. Ty has been roping and riding since he was a young boy, making it a passion that runs in his family. As one of the more mature farmers featured on the show, Ty is a divorced father with a 12-year-old daughter. He is searching for a partner who can not only be his companion but also a caring mother figure for his child.

At 27 years old, Mitchell Kolinsky is a farmer in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, who comes from a family that did not have previous experience in farming. His property is large and includes a variety of wildlife, as well as a historic cabin from the 19th century where he resides with his three dogs. Kolinsky was raised around horses and enjoyed spending time in nature, which inspired him to pursue a career in farming. Today, he is the proud owner of a farm that houses both horses and cattle.

Brandon Rogers, who is 29 years old, runs a farm that spans 1,000 acres and grows potatoes and barley in Center, Colorado. The town where he resides is very small, with just one traffic light, and is surrounded by agricultural land. Coming from a family of farmers, Brandon grew up helping his father on the farm. He is now carrying on the family tradition by working in the family business and aims to uphold the legacy that his father began.

Nathan Smothers, who is 23 years old, comes from a long line of farmers. He is a fourth-generation citrus and cattle farmer in Bartow, Florida. His expansive property includes 300 acres of farmland and over 500 acres of land for his cattle. Despite being the youngest farmer on the show, Smothers is mature and responsible. He had to take on more responsibilities at a young age after his father passed away when he was 12, needing to help support his mother and three sisters.

The second season of Farmer Wants a Wife will debut on Fox at 9PM ET on Thursday, February 1st.
