Chris Young recently addressed his fans for the first time since his arrest and subsequent dropping of charges. He mentioned that he is still trying to come to terms with the events of the past week, which involved allegations of assault.
The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" went on social media to express gratitude towards friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of January 22.

In the video, Young expressed how much it meant to him to have friends and fans supporting him and not believing the accusations made against him.
"It is a relief to see the charges being dropped. Nobody should have to experience what I went through. However, the positive aspect was witnessing the outpouring of love and support."
The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the downtown area of Nashville.
In the security camera footage, Young appears calm before trying to alert a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. The agent responds by pushing Young, causing him to stumble backwards into the bar and fall.
"I'm still trying to make sense of the false accusations and events that occurred last week," Young mentions at the beginning of the video. Towards the end, he shares that the encouragement from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.
The new album "Double Down" will be released this Friday at midnight.
Young encourages turning up the volume and taking pleasure in the experience. He expresses gratitude, love, and thanks to the listener.
