Both singers included their significant others in their music videos. Bryan and his wife, Caroline Boyer, are seen snuggling in a field and enjoying a sunset together. Pardi is shown dancing with his wife, Summer, on a dance floor, and also holding his nearly one-year-old daughter, Presley, while riding horses together.
Bryan and Pardi decided to include their families in the music video for "Cowboys and Plowboys" because the song reflects their personal backgrounds. Pardi, originally from the West Coast, portrays the cowboy while Bryan, who comes from a family of peanut farmers, represents the plowboy.
Pardi mentioned that he and Luke both felt that the song was perfect for them to sing together. He explained that the song is about cowboys and farmers.
Both singers have a history of including family members in their music videos. Bryan had his wife and mother appear in the video for his beach-themed song "One Margarita" in 2020. Similarly, Pardi had his Australian Cattle Dog named Cowboy star in the music video for his 2021 song "Tequila Little Time."
Pardi's latest release, "Cowboys and Plowboys," is his first new music since his Mr. Saturday Night album in 2022, excluding a Christmas album released last year. He and his wife Summer became parents to baby Presley in February, and they have shared the news that they are expecting their second child, a baby girl due in July.
