Chris Young recently addressed his fans for the first time since his arrest and subsequent charges being dropped. He mentioned that he is still trying to come to terms with the events of the past week, which involved accusations of assault.
The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" went on social media to express gratitude to friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of January 22nd.

In the video, Young expressed how much it meant to him to have friends and fans show their support by reassuring him that they didn't believe he was responsible for the accusations.
"It's a relief to see the charges being dropped. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I went through. However, the positive aspect was feeling grateful for the love and support from others."
The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville.
In the security camera footage, Young can be seen acting calmly before he tries to get the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. The agent then pushes Young, causing him to stumble back into the bar and fall to the ground.
Young mentioned in the video that he is still trying to come to terms with the false accusations and events of the past week. He also shared that the support from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.
The new album "Double Down" will be released this Friday at midnight.
"Turn up the volume, savor the moment. I am grateful for you, I care about you, and I am thankful," Young expresses.
