The host of the Fox show, Jennifer Nettles, acknowledges that this season's female contestants are displaying more intense emotions and reactions, which may result in some dramatic moments on the farm.

The upcoming season of Farmer Wants a Wife will showcase four farmers from different parts of the United States as they search for their soulmates.

In a unique twist, every farmer will choose five women from a group of 29 to move in with them on their farm. This experience will provide the women with a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities of being a farmer's spouse.

Get to know the farmers featured on Season 2 of the TV show Farmer Wants a Wife:

Ty Ferrell, aged 42, identifies more as a cowboy than a farmer due to his role as a team roper. He manages a 50-acre farm in Sikeston, Missouri, which is home to horses and cattle. Ty has a passion for roping and riding that dates back to his childhood. As one of the older farmers on the show, Ty is a divorced dad to a 12-year-old daughter. He is searching for a partner who can not only be his companion but also a caring mother figure for his child.

At 27 years old, Mitchell Kolinsky is a new farmer in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, coming from a family that did not have previous experience in farming. His large property is home to various animals and a historic cabin from the 1800s, where he resides with his three dogs. Growing up around horses and enjoying the outdoors, Kolinsky decided to pursue a career in farming. He now operates his own farm, raising horses and cattle.

Brandon Rogers, age 29, manages a large farm in Center, Colorado that grows potatoes and barley on 1,000 acres of land. The town he resides in is very small, with only one traffic light, and is surrounded by fields. Coming from a farming family, Rogers has been working on the farm since he was a child, alongside his father. He is dedicated to continuing the family business and carrying on the legacy that his father started.

Nathan Smothers, who is 23 years old, comes from a long line of farmers and is currently a fourth generation citrus and cattle farmer in Bartow, Florida. He owns a large property with 300 acres of farmland and over 500 acres for his cattle. Despite his young age, Smothers is very knowledgeable and responsible, especially since he had to take on more responsibilities after his father passed away when he was 12. He now helps take care of his mother and three sisters.

The second season of the show "Farmer Wants a Wife" will debut on Thursday, February 1st, at 9PM Eastern Time on the Fox network.
